Is this software or an online service?
No. These are downloadable template files: workbooks, printable pages, flowcharts and duplicable workspace templates. Nothing is hosted for you, and there is no login needed to use the files once you have them.
Which apps do the editable templates work in?
Each product page describes the kind of template and what it needs. Workbook-style products work in common spreadsheet apps, and formulas are standard, so charts and shading recalculate when you enter your own numbers.
What does the workspace template need?
A workspace app that can duplicate a template page. If you prefer, ask us at the support address and we will suggest a way to bring the same table into another tool.
Can I print the planners and boards?
Yes. Printable products are laid out for black-and-white printers, and the retrospective kit's posters tile when printed at a copy shop.
Why does a file in My Downloads say Preparing?
The Weekly Kanban Task Board and the RACI Matrix Template Set are ready to download right away. Other files appear under My Downloads once they are prepared for your order, and you will see Preparing — check back soon until then. If you are waiting on one, email us with your order number.
Can my whole team use one purchase?
A purchase is licensed to you and the team you work with inside one organization. You may edit the files for your own work, but you may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
Do the templates include example data?
Most do. Boards, matrices and dashboards show a filled example so you can see how a finished page looks, plus blank versions to start from.
How will I receive my purchase?
No shipping. Instant digital delivery after payment.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request one, email support@kelvanitaskcontrolplatform.com.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. Every order is a one-time payment, no subscription or recurring charges.
What will appear on my card statement?
Charges appear as KelvaniTaskControlPlat.
Is there a limit on quantity?
Digital items can be purchased once per order.
